What counts as a message?
Each visitor question + each Pleebly response together count as one message. Internal training, re-indexing, and admin actions are free.
Can I bring my own model?
On Business, yes — point Pleebly at your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or self-hosted endpoint. Starter and Team use our managed pool.
Do you train on my data?
No. Your knowledge sources and conversations stay in your workspace and are never used to train anyone else's model.
What happens at the message limit?
We notify you at 80% and 100%. After that, the bot keeps answering but extra messages bill at $0.01 each — no hard cutoff for your customers.
